How it Works

Optional Consultation

You may request an optional consultation that can be over the phone or in person. More information below

Matching Process

After your consultation and you have filled out our sign up form (link below), a coordinator will follow up with you and match you with an instructor based on the information provided in the sign up form.

Lessons Scheduling

Once matched with an instructor, you will speak with the coach to determine times and a location. Payment must be made BEFORE your first session. This location can be at your home pool, community/neighborhood/complex pool, or at a recreational pool (with facility approval). For adults LA Fitness is a great option (we will cover our instructor's membership, but the client will be responsible for their's). An optional meet and greet with the kids is available as well (more information below).

Recommended for clients who do not know swimming well and/or looking for adult lessons. This will be with representative nearest to you.

Expert Instructor

If you would like to request one of our expert instructors, please reach out to us at 678-208-3629 ext. 2 (M-F 9am-5pm). Expert instructors set their own prices, which are a bit of a higher rate than the prices above. This will vary instructor per instructor.

Payment Plans

Payment plans: pay in full; pay in halves; pay in thirds (6 pack only); pay in fourths (8 packs only); pay bundle session by session

Mileage Fees

If an instructor is traveling OVER 25 miles to do your lessons, a small mileage fee of $15.00 will be added to your payment. Every 5 miles over 25 miles, there will be an additional $5.00 added to the $15.00 mileage fee.

Late cancellation fees will be enforced. Please see handbook down below for more details.

What is a premium coach?

A premium coach is a coach who has been with Northside Swim Academy for over 6 months and has proven themselves to be highly experienced and have certain niche's they are available for. All premium coaches have been able to see results in their clients and are Northside Swim Academy's BEST talent in the aquatics industry. Premium coaches do charge their own rates separate from what is listed as our normal rates.

Different Options

Consultation

 

Our consultations are a method we use to help our team figure out what specific needs you may have, so we can assist you in accomplishing your goals. We work with you to personalize and individualize your sessions in order for you to reach new strides with your swim goals! The consultations typically last around 10 to 20 minutes. 

1 on 1 Coaching (Privates)

The 1 on 1 Private Coaching Sessions/Lessons are a type of swim lesson where the coach will work with a participant privately to achieve their swim goals. We offer 30/45/60 minute lessons to accommodate any schedule.

1 on 2 Coaching (Semi-Privates)

The 1 on 2 Semi-Private Coaching Sessions/Lessons are offered to two participants at a time with one coach who will target each client’s swim goals. We offer 30/45/60 minute lessons.

1 on 3 or 4 Coaching (Group of 3 or 4)

The 1 on 3/4 Coaching Sessions/Lessons works to create peer motivation with three to four participants working with one coach. We offer 30/45/60 minute lessons to accommodate any schedule.
