Basic Information
About the Program
At Northside Swim Academy, we want to make sure we have a service that fits the need of all clients, of all ages, of all demographics, from all cultures, and all different personalities. Our water aerobics program will give people 18 and older an option to do in water resistance training with one of our certified water aerobics instructors. We also have options to do private lessons at one of our community swim lesson locations or a location of your choice. We also offer hydro physical therapy that will help you rehabilitate any muscle with a low impact and resistance workout to strengthen yourself. More specific information is provided below.
